If You're Desperate, Start Here (Method #1 - usually works best for men under 40)

WARNING: I am not a doctor. This is not medical advice. This is just the cheapest place to start for fixing your ED, so I figure it's worth a try. This is all anecdotal evidence. But so far, it's worked for me for several years, and I have helped many other men as well in the process. Since I've helped over 100 men fix their ED, i figured I may as well just make a subreddit for my method. The younger you are, the more likely this method will work for you. If you are in your 50's, I still recommend reading this and trying this method since it's cheap, and you may learn some things about yourself at the very least. But don't have high expectations. I will be making another write up for older men to try to fix your ED (it's usually related to a few other things when you're older). Also, I am providing links to resources I have found valuable. I am in now way affiliated with any of the websites, communities, or products/manufacturers that I will be linking. I do not represent them in any way. These are just the things that have worked for me personally.

It's important that you read this message in its entirety. I will get to the method, but you should understand a few things about how your body works before you just go right to the cure. The method involves some very specific supplements, and some videos I found on Pelvic Floor control, that help you push more blood flow into your groin (even when you're not aroused), for stronger erections. But do yourself a favor, and read all of this, because what you will learn, is that using the supplements is really just putting a bandaid on the problem, and not attacking the problem at its source. Don't get me wrong, the bandaid will keep working for the most part, but my goal here is to help you not need the supplement combo at all (at least not every day).

First things first, I created this sub because in my 20's, I developed ED while dating a smokin hot 10, and was desperate to fix it, much like you are now. I went to 2 different doctors and had a Full Blood Panel Test done, among other things, and their solution was to offer me an ED script. Not hating on boner pills. They're fucking awesome. But I'd prefer to not put those into my body if I can avoid it. And, being in my 20's at the time, I wasn't content with that resolution. I should've been in the sexual prime of my life, and my dick wouldn't even reach a quarter chub most days. It was deader than Epstein. I'll go into more about how I discovered this method for curing ED a bit later

I was on the fence about sharing this with the public, because this method has a tendency to be abused in my experience, and the experiences of others.

It's important you recognize that if this method works for you, getting your boners back is going to come with some insecurity. You'll often find yourself "checking" to see if your boners can come back, which is usually going to result in you ejaculating as well.

What you need to understand, is that for many younger men, their ED is caused by a combination of ejaculating too often, and poor availability of vital nutrients in our modern diets. This may apply to older men too, but there are other more likely factors at play, with age. Keep in mind that regardless of age; every time you ejaculate, you are depleting yourself of mass amounts of these very minerals and nutrients that contribute to a rock solid healthy erection.

So in essence, the very first thing to be honest with yourself about, is how much porn you consume, and whether or not you masturbate excessively. If you do, I'm not here to shame you. I have no moral issue with watching consensual porn, and have struggled with beating the addiction myself. But if that's the case, your main focus should be learning how to have Non-Ejaculatory Orgasms.

The benefit of a non-ejaculatory orgasm (NEO), is that since you don't nut, you also don't lose out on these precious nutrients responsible for erection health. Therefore, you keep stronger erections.

I know from experience that porn is a super difficult addiction that most men are getting into as adolescents. I also realize that there's not a lot of support for men in this regard. You usually can't go to your parents, all your friends are normalizing it, and pretty much everyone else shames you for something you didn't really ask to be shown in the first place.

Most of us who struggle didn't ask for this addiction. So many men I've spoken to were exposed to porn without their consent, and from there, they got hooked and went deep down the rabbit hole.

If you're struggling, and you know without a doubt that it's negatively effecting you, it's in your best interest to reach a state of recovery, as that is the first start to fixing your ED permanently, and not relying on the bandaids I will be listing below. I cant stress this enough... It's important that especially if you're young and in your 20's and below with a super high sex drive, you don't abuse these supplements. This will put you onto some unhealthy habits and your body really can't handle it long term. It's not going to be healthy to abuse these supplements, no matter how addicted you get to the feeling of having your erections come back. I have found ED to actually be a blessing at times when I want to reduce my horniness and focus on other things rather than women. It's easy to abuse this stuff and fall down the spiral of porn. So if you find yourself doing this, stop the method I'm going to describe, and intentionally allow your ED to come back. If you can make it a month with bad erections and not nutting, it will help reset your brain, so when you start the supplements again and bring your erections back, you wont be as conditioned to need porn, or to masturbate excessively. It generally only takes 21 days to break a habit, at least short term. Use the ED to your advantage if you find yourself in this position.

Non Ejaculatory Orgasms (NEO)

If you peruse through the top posts, or even the sidebar, you will begin to learn the ancient art of Ejaculation Control. There are numerous benefits including: no more premature ejaculation with women, being able to last as long as you want, orgasming and staying hard enough to keep having sex after orgasm, MIND BLOWING full body orgasms that spread throughout your whole body and bring tears to your eyes; instead of being localized to your genital region, stronger erections in general; by not releasing all the nutrients that keep your erections healthy. Those are just a few.

I wont lie, this will take time to master. You can usually learn how to avoid premature ejaculation pretty quickly, but learning to NEO can take a longer time to get really good at, because if you're used to stroking your junk and nutting to porn in a 5 minute session, your brain is going to be used to reaching the Point of No Return (PONR), and not allowing yourself to relax and push past the sexual tension so it can build even more and you can achieve NEO.

What I recommend is learning without porn. Invest in a high quality fleshlight to learn this. I'll provide a link to mine I got on amazon if requested. But the thing about learning NEO, is that once you learn it during masturbation, you have to also learn it with a real live human vagina, which can be much more difficult, due to the visual sensations, the physical sensations, and the lack of control you experience when another person is involved in stimulating your penis. But if you learn on a pocket pussy, it will tempt you to really not nut in my experience. Because cleaning the nut out of your pocket pussy is a real pain in the ass.

One other benefit that you'll get starting NEO, is that even if you can't completely eliminate your ejaculation right away... you can at least start to eliminate how much ejaculate erupts from your penis. And even learning how to diminish the amount of ejaculate will still be healthier for your erections. I got to a point where I went from ejaculating super massive loads that needed a whole ass towel to clean up... to ejaculating a load about the size of a 50 cent coin. I noticed large gains in my erection quality, even though I hadn't mastered NEO at the time.

The Bandaid

Okay, enough blabbering about the permanent fix. Let's talk about the bandaid cure. This will work indefinitely (at least it has for me), but if you jerk off a ton, it will stop working. So limit your ejaculations to 1-3x a week if possible, and start learning NEO, or at least partial NEO where you're doing your best to limit the amount of ejaculation that comes out in each load.

I want to preface this by making it clear that I have tried a WIDE variety of different supplements when I was desperate to find a cure. I researched almost every ED article out there to find out what the best supplements were for curing ED. Originally, I had tried the below supplements, but they gave very minimal results, so I moved onto other supplements. After trying almost every libido inducing supplement known to man, I went through my notes and realized I had the best results with 2 different supplements. So i began doing more research. What I found, is that the 2 supplements in question, magnesium & zinc, come in may different brands. And not every brand is as quality as the next. Magnesium, for example, is derived by MANY different sources. The specific mag supplement I had purchased was only a derivative of only one type of magnesium.

Apparently, our bodies can only process so much from each magnesium derivative, before it expels the rest and it does absolutely nothing for your body. So it's important that if you can't find these specific brands in your region, that you find a mag supp with at least 2 derivatives. The one linked below has both Magnesium Oxide & Magnesium Citrate.

So I [found this specific brand](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N01YMA4?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share), which was not only marketed as high quality, it was also a higher dose, and each capsule had 2 separate derivatives of magnesium in it.

The other important mineral most helpful in curing my ED is [this zinc supplement](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0019LU34W?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share)

From various men I've helped, I've learned that some of these supplements may not be available to men in other countries. I live in USA so these are both readily available.

However, I had a guy I helped look for a new supplement because the one I linked isn't available. He found [this fucking amazing magnesium supplement](https://a.co/d/d3nC7gU) that has SIX magnesium derivates, as opposed to the TWO I had in the one I first linked.

He tried it out and it worked. So I ordered it, and can personally confirm, that it worked for me too. I actually use this one now tbh.

The main thing you need to pay attention to, if you can't find these specific supplement brands in your locale, is to first, make sure its highly rated and comes from a reputable company. Second, make sure the dosage is high. I believe both the doses in the above magnesium links, are 500mg per capsule. That's a pretty good and high dose. Lastly, as stated above, ensure the magnesium derivates used to create each capsule, involve at least 2 or more derivatives.

The Magnesium Derivatives in the second link consist of Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Malate, Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Taurate, Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate, and Magnesium Aspartate.

So tbh, since both magnesium links contain Magnesium Oxide, and Magnesium Citrate... I would make sure the supplments you pick up, have at least those 2 in each capsule. As I cant really guarantee the other ones really made a difference or not.

I'm not sure if other magnesiums apply, but one you may want to avoid, is Magnesium L-Threonate. The reason being is, not only can I not confirm if it helps for ED or not. But I do know that it is generally used to induce sleep. So unless you wanna pass the fuck out, I would probably stay away from this one, at least for ED purposes.

Believe me, I’ve tried so many different brands but any of the links above are the winning combo. It’s the brands that made the difference for me. I’ve tried so many others, and I’m sure there are other good ones, but unfortunately, I tried far more shitty ones before I found the good ones. So if you can't find those ones I linked, look for something that has very similar information on the Supplement Facts label.Start small with the dose, as your body will start to build a tolerance to the magnesium and you will find it not working if you're nutting in socks several times a day and depleting yourself faster than your body can recover.Take the smallest recommend dose and gradually increase if needed.It’s easy to get carried away and over do it by gobbling down a fuck ton of supplements. But if you overdose on magnesium, you will get magnesium poisoning, which is relatively harmless, but not something to put your body through long term. The main side effect of magnesium poisoning, is it will give you very watery shits, and you might shit your pants with the hershey squirts.. so be mindful. True to my username, I walked so you could run in this case, so heed my advice. I'm telling you, be cautious and don't abuse these amazing minerals. The goal is to keep your body healthy long term so you can maintain erections even when you're an old geezer at 80 years old.Also, inevitably your tolerance will eventually go up if you're jizzing a lot. As I explained above, there are very highly concentrated amounts of mag/zinc in male ejaculate, and everytime you jizz, you lose these very important nutrients that make erections possible. So don't give into temptation to jizz your life away because you're so happy your ED is cured. Believe me, I fucking did that. It was hell. I went through the ringer. Just learn NEO, I'm telling you. Your life will be much better. I barely even need the supplements these days because I have gotten so much better at NEO.If you get to a point where you need more than 3 capsules per day, or your shits are watery, I highly recommend you stop taking them for a week to reset your tolerance. Make no mistake, you WILL build up a tolerance to these supps if you're abusing them. You should be able to get by on 1 per day if you're not abusing them. Sometimes maybe 2 magnesiums capsules (1 at morning, 1 at night) if your erections are feeling a little weaker.

But whatever the fuck you do, DO NOT overdose on zinc. Zinc is nuerotoxic at high doses. So please, only take one a day, so you don't lose any motor functions or cognitive abilities. The world is full of enough fucking idiots, we don't need another one walking around. If I haven't hammered it far enough... please don't abuse the supplementsOnce you've taken a week break, start back up at a low dose again (1 per day).Supplement with viagra in the mean time during the week you’re building back your tolerance. I rarely need Viagra with these supplements, but before I really got into NEO, it was nice to have on deck every 3 weeks or so when my tolerance maxxed out.

I also use viagra with every new partner. Usually after sex, if I plan to see them again, I make up some BS white lie about how Covid kinda messed up my dicks function to some degree. So if it ever doesn't work, I have viagra on deck. Once they know that, it takes away any potential uncomfortable convos later during the heat of moment while you're having sex. I'll also be transparent and let y'all know that if I have like a super baddie... I take it each time before sex with her. Not just the first time. If I have like a super bad bitch, aint not way I'm leaving it up to chance. I keep it on deck for insurance purposes and am not about to allow her to not be satisfied by me, as it secures the possibility we'll have sex again in the future.

I get my boner pills from www.struthealth.com (because I also order topical dutasteride from them), but I used to get them from www.GoodRX.com and can confirm that both are great. They are both telemed pharmacies so you don't have to see a doctor, you just pay them for a script and they mail your boner pills discreetly.

Another anecdote on the supps.... for me, it was easy to gobble down a bunch and feel like a teenager again, but I had to learn discipline and self control, because that just made me WAY too horny all the time, and unable to accomplish much. It also made my tolerance issues worse quickerYou also want to jizz a bunch when you’re that rock hard, and when you do… it depletes you of those very nutrients like magnesium and zinc as mentioned. Somethin to consider before anything else.

I'll give a quick synopsis... basically, mindgasm is a very advanced and well designed 'AI' that teaches you how to have an orgasm with your mind. I have not mastered it, as it takes a lot longer to master than NEO. But I have done some of the courses and can definitely see the value, both short term and long.

You will learn how to independently control each muscle in your pelvic floor (which will also help you master NEO), and you will also learn how to stimulate your prostate using very light flexes, that eventually will evolve into what is known as a Super-O... basically, the most mind blowing orgasm a man can have. Once you master it (look at top posts from the sub), you will be able to induce these prostate orgasms relatively easy, and hopefully no longer rely on porn or dick orgasms for your sexual fulfillment.

Keep in mind, you may not see results for the first time for 2-3 months. So be patient. Most guys see results in 1 month (myself included), but there have been a few outliers.

The first time I tried them, it took about 3 weeks for them to work. But now if I stop taking them, and then start back up again... it usually only takes 3 days to get the full effect and have rock solid erections again.

If after a month, you have had no results. I highly suggest you keep taking the supplements for a few months, but book a Full Blood Panel Test at your nearest medical clinic immediately. ED can be an early warning sign for a plethora of heart problems. If your dick ain't getting blood flow... it's possible your heart isn't getting adequate blood flow either. Reduced blood flow will effect the organs that require the most of it before anything else. That means your penis and your heart (unless you've got a micro peen maybe?) .
