i want to fill in my hip dips and add more volume to my lower glutes. it's hard to target these areas through exercise alone and working out doesn't help my butt's natural "square" look. has anyone had either of these procedures done, and if so was it worth it? i'm so tired of how incredibly insecure i am over this area, and id love to have a semi-quick way to get results. in the past i've tried working out but stopped after a year when i was getting discouraged by the lack of results.
not at all - workout and eat protein!
