how can i stop putting JUNK into my body

it makes me feel sh*tty, look sh*tty yet i CANNOT stop. even if im not hungry i eat it.
chips, cookies, chocolate etc
how do i get myself to stop?

I remind myself that sugar and processed foods are addictive that’s why I don’t eat them even if I can fit them into my daily calorie intake because you’re gonna want to keep eating them. You have to cut it cold turkey.
