I’m 29 and ready to establish a relationship with a derm or a medspa. I’m interested in a tretinoin prescription, conservative botox and IPL and I think it would be nice to have one place to go for all these things and a trusted person to consult with.

What kind of provider did you go to for your first treatment and what was it? How did you choose them?

Did you make an appointment to consult with them first? If it was a derm did you stack your questions with a medical reason so you could get it covered by insurance? (My usual strategy, which is to flood my doctors with unrelated questions regardless of the reason for the appointment billed lol).
