How to stop binge eating while you’re on your period?

In the past year, I’ve lost about 13kgs from just doing a calorie deficit. But now I feel like whenever my period comes, my cravings are stronger than ever, and I always end up binge eating sugary sweets and fast food, and I’m scared that I’m gonna gain that weight again. Does anyone have any tips? :(
