Hi all,
There's some politics going on in my co-op building where theres an annual shareholders meeting coming soon and people are trying to get votes, along with some troubles related to my home renovation where work has stopped. I'm trying to see if my board President of my building will help me talk to management company to resume my work and in exchange I will vote for her. She called me the other day asking about the status of the renovation and then proceeded to ask me if I'm coming to the shareholders meeting and if so, she hopes that I can vote for her. I told her on the spot that my focus is to resume renovation and I haven't thought about voting in the meeting so far. How should I respond to her saying that I will help her if she helps me?
