My BMI is 28.9, I weigh 190 lbs.
There are various reasons why I started eating so much. I don’t really want to get into it because those situations no longer exist, only my sadness and lack of self control remain. It’s too late for the summer, but by Thanksgiving I want to have slimmed down significantly.
I am looking for a personal trainer or someone who knows proper form in the gym. Although I live within proximity to The Woodlands, I am broke and that’s why I am on here. A regular trainer is unaffordable to me.
I work long hours, I am free 4 PM - 10 PM. I am in Magnolia, but can travel to Conroe. I would strongly prefer to not go into Spring or the city due to the higher traffic. I have a membership to 24 hour fitness, but have seldom used it.
