So today, I finally got my fire risk assessment, all seems in order now got two enquiries which results in other flats leasehold to ensure they aren't contradicting anything like ownership on my one such as parking space or flat it self. I'm also waiting on the land registry too. However the vendors solicitors have been uncooperative. My solicitors ensure me they'll try what they can before xmas break but also advice me to reconsider my options as in the place im buying due to how long it took to get the deed of variations and other enquiries and with how long it's looking like it'll take for these last 2 enquiries as they have stated we can't move any further with out them.
I'm losing hope, made offer in May told it was chain free, enquiries started june to early july time and still not done... Had to get a second mortgage offer and honestly, if it don't go through i don't plan to redo the offer of getting it renewed i think saving for a house would be easier than completing this place....
Edit realised i should have mentioned this: They haven't called anything out to my knowledge just the lack of communication i think on the sellers solicitors side as they go weeks without responding to even a simple yes or no question it took months once and only got it cause i raised to estate agency
