Average time length for new land registry and leasehold copies of other flats in buildings?
Post Body

Hi everyone, I'm like on my last last two enquiries (god forbid another issue appears) and it's as title says its mainly my solicitors needing a new land registry to match the new draft deed of variations and as old one didn't have a north point and we also waiting for the other solicitors to get leasehold copies from other flats, the only thing i can imagine wanting this is to make sure no one is crossed ownership of the flat i'm buying and it's not found out much later on, by accident.

So basically my main question is does anyone who experienced these two type inqquiries know how long it might take for receiving these? We had an old land registry but that doesn't match with the new draft deed of variations that's been written up.

Any advice be welcomed thanks :)
