Situation:

1. I have hired a flat in a building. The building is in a poor state.
2. They have a "social whatsapp group" - I assumed these were "admin" by "Management". But I don't think it is.
3. My buzzer isn't working and landlord followed this up with the "management" and no response.
4. I left it at that - on the chat there was an unrelated topic which led to my buzzer being talked about, that I raised. One of the "admin" said all funds are being directed to fire safety meaning buzzer won't be fixed. I just simply asked "ok it would be good to see fund breakdown" -
5. I know its not my place to ask for fund breakdown as I am a tenant but then again I was just going along with the response given to me.
6. The "admin" mentioned that I don't have a legal right to know this as I am a tenant. Without knowing the "admin" (even that they are a "admn") I just asked who are you and perhaps leave the question I ask to the management instead of answering me. They (he/she) answered "I have deal with them and if I don't like it then do one" - I simply answered I still don't understand what authority they have.
7. They removed me from the chat.
8. I complained to the security (I have a good relationship) with him and he added me back on
9. She (learnt from the secruity that she is an informal member of the leasehold -whatever that means) removed me again.

What should I do?

To me its not end of the world that I am not part of the group - but feeling pissed with her behaviour.

To re-iterate nothing is gained by being part of that group - its more of how I feel and just let it go (or) should I fight about it to keep going back on the group and make a point and make her life difficult? Heart tells me to fight it but mind tells me to let it go. I am not sure what the outcome of this will be....It looks like she is just proving that she is authority without having any real authority by removing me whoever questions her with 300 people on the chat

About the damn buzzer I don't care - I am likely here for only for few months.
