Situation is as follows, We have 2 guarantors, G1 in Northern Ireland and G2 in South Africa.(G1 doesnโt earn enough to be sole gaurantor). G2 has failed checks as he lives abroad but the only requirements were that the guarantor own a property in the UK and work full time. I understand why LLs require they live in the UK, but apart from work, his properties, banking and everything are in England.
Currently responded saying that we can provide any additional info to assure the landlord etc
Anyone been in a similar situation? What did you do?
