Please help my monstera looks ill

Bought it as a miniature plant, miniature monstera - no holes! Lol Plant grew bigger and then one day, the very significant hole in the new leaf appeared...now my beloved babe is getting spots...really worried ...I think it needs some nutrients but would appreciate professional advice!!
