I find these 2 fascinating.

It seems they have lived up to their bargain to allow each other paramours, but it seems it goes beyond that and they enable each other to do so and have become good friends.

It's pretty surprising to me however, how supportive Laenor is of Rhaenyra. He's willing to pass her bastards as his own children. Those are the heirs to his house! Does he simply not care? What about his family?

Did he not even want to try for heirs of his own? How does he content with all the gossip at court? What are his goals and ambitions apart from being a 'warrior'? Does he resent Rhaenyra for the charade? It's clear she resents him, but why?
