Why is Remy with Frank in season 3? (Ep 1-4)

I have only gotten to episode 4 yet but why is Remy a part of Frank's team in the beginning episodes? They had such a tense relationship all of season 2 so why is he working for him now? I am slightly bothered by this to be honest, any light for this?
