Post Body
I'm studying pharmacology right now and I'm trying to understand the importance of drugs binding to plasmatic proteins (or not). I know it's because it works as a stash that doesn't get metabolized as easy, so the effects last longer. But I also remember that Amber's death had to do with something about the antiviral she was taking not being eliminated by the kidneys and something about binding to proteins. Anyone remember? thanks in advance
