My question is: Would it be possible to have her go through a "human" blood filter? Like somehow temporarily connect her blood flow to that of another person with the same blood and have that other persons body filter out the amantadine for her?

I don't know enough to understand the process for something like this, but I'm just wondering if it would be a possible way to solve it that may not have been thought of at the time? I mean, House is always pulling off risky solutions to various illnesses that have lethal or could have lethal consequences. Wouldn't something like this have been a thought? Would it be a process amber would be able to live to see success in?

Okay, so, S4, episode 16. Amber takes the amantadine. Her body wasn't able to remove it from her system due to kidney failure, thanks to the t-boned bus she was pulled out of. (I put this at the bottom because reddit may show a few lines under the title and I am terrified of spoiling shows for people. This is what the questions above are about.) My apologies if this all seems stupid๐Ÿ˜… just curiosity getting the best of me.
