About Us: We are a married couple, together for 10 years, practicing Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM) for 3 years. Our relationship is drama-free, loving, and supportive. We share our home with our dog and another renter.

About the Room: We have a beautifully furnished guest room available in our home in Cottage Grove, MN, a quiet suburb close to MSP. The room includes a bed, dresser, and TV.

About the House: Our home is full of amenities, including: - A huge 20x40 in-ground heated pool - A hot tub - A home theater -Cable TV All Movie Channels, Streaming

Note: We often swim, hot tub, and lay out naked, so please be comfortable with nudity or avoid the pool area when we are using it.

Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, family room, and bathrooms.

Additional Perks: - You'll have the house to yourself every weekend during the summer, as we go camping.

Rent and Utilities: The cost for the room and access to all amenities is $1000 per month, includes all utilities.

Ideal Renter: We are looking for an open-minded, poly, or ENM single person to rent the room. This helps ensure a comfortable living environment for everyone, without the need to change our lifestyle.

We prefer a single renter as we do not have room for additional people or children.
