After chatting with this group on another post, my husband and I talked about why this happens with about 5% of the guys I’m with. I know that’s low but I’m comparing them to my husband who is always ready, willing and able.

My husband said that I’m intimidating. I initially thought it may be my husband who is very muscular who freaks guys out. My husband is so friendly and relaxed. He even remains downstairs during most of my play dates. I’ve came to a different conclusion after our chat.

I’m thinking it may be me. I’m very confident and usually take control. I dance for them and almost always make the first move. This is paradoxical to my personality because I’m friendly but stoic. My husband calls me his “Russian Brazilian”. I’m hard to read but I’m also extremely direct.

When we ran our company we had over 50 employees. They sometimes reacted poorly to my management style. On the other hand, my husband would interact with them just fine. In fact, he would fire employees and 90% of the time they’d thank him for the opportunity to work for us.

I know this is a long and deep topic but solving this may help me in other areas. I’m so curious to see what everyone thinks about this? Thank you;-)
