How many chances should a flaker deserve?

Hey everyone! Wife here, so we all know that this lifestyle has a ton of flakes. My husband likes to remind me that I tend to be too nice sometimes. lol
So I’m basically asking, if a meet up flakes out on you, how likely are you to give them a second chance at meeting up?
Sometimes I just leave these flakes in my chat history to see what will happen but I am wondering if I should just block them and forget them.
Though I will say, there have been some great meet ups with a couple of guys that I did keep around who originally flaked but later met up, and then continued to meet up.
