How to find like minded people

I have been playig as a hotwife for a few years, and I love to have two men, but lately people have been flakey on gettting screened before meeting up, and I've had to cancel plans over it. I like people to get tested a day or two before, as I do. Results are 24 hrs, but it's still a problem? Anyone else struggling with this?
