Married for almost 4 years and together for 10 years. I don't know what's happening to me, but for the past 2 years, almost every night I dream of my wife having sex with another man in my presence. And I like this, and sometimes I think about it during the day too, fantasizing in different ways, and I want to make it happen, and this excites me and makes me feel excited. My fantasy becomes even bigger and deeper when I think about how I would have wanted that night to be, with what person, their appearance, their body, how she can act, what she can wear etc... I think about every detail.

So please anyone have same "problem" or any suggest? It is normal or do I need any treatment?
