Need advise

Wife and I have talked about it and even tried talking to some potential guys. It’s hard because we are both a little introverted. My wife is hesitant because she is worried about what I might think of her afterwards or something like that. What are some ways to make her feel more secure? Most of the guys are full of piss and vinegar and we are laid-back and quiet type so it makes things a little difficult sometimes. Any advice is appreciated.
