Is she cheating me?

Yesterday i travel by train in a job trip to the south of Spain.
I wrote a lot to my wife (she is working at home) but she never reply me until night.
She call me back at 21pm… she told me that she has headache but i hear strange sound from the shower and she told me that she was in the sofa, not in the shower… She hang off so fast when i can hear something like a man but she told me that she gonna try to sleep and send me a kiss.. i couldn’t ask for the voice because she let me speaking alone…
What do you think?
