How many thirds is too many?

My partner and I originally planned on just one regular FWB third. And now we have at least 3 people in my "harem."

It is sometimes a little difficult to keep in touch with all of them and schedule hang outs that work for all three of us involved. But my partner and I really like the extra attention and getting to share with more people. We're also really excited at the idea of arranging a group thing if they're all/most are interested.

How many thirds do you talk to at one time? How many do you find most manageable?
