Need Advice About How to Respond to a Shady Situation

So the Mrs and I took the plunge for the first time (almost lol). After talking about finding a a guy for mfm for a few years, we finally got a paid membership on a site and my wife and I began searching for a suitable third. She found a nice looking, ā€œnormalā€ and nice guy. She wants to have a connection with the guy so they chatted for a bit on Kik. So we decided to meet with the guy for drinks without any expectations or obligations and to see if we all clicked. Let me mention here that we only want to meet with single guys so as to avoid any unpleasant potential drama situations. So we met with him and he was a great guy and my wife thought he was super hot; almost too good to be true. We had not planned to play on our first meet but my wife was definitely considering it. We did not (thank God) because we had a finite window of time to be out and about. So we called it a night and she hugged him in the parking lot and gave his dick a squeeze. She was so hot and turned on- we all decided that we would meet to play sometime soon. So my wife, the amazing detective that she is lol, does some research and finds out that he is happily married with a happy family and was lying about being single. This is a complete no go on our end and a total deal breaker. We definitely donā€™t want hang out with cheaters or liars and certainly donā€™t want to be the reason that a family is torn apart. So after all the above verbose texting diarrhea our question is this: How should we gracefully back out? Do we ghost him? Do we tell him we know and that we arenā€™t looking to say anything or blow up his situation? This really pissed us off but from what we have read about the LS this is not uncommon. Just looking for some advice. Thanks in advance!!!
