Can a (straight) male masseur really not think anything sexual when massaging a woman?

This is part of my thinking to get my wife ease into this lifestyle, should she wish. She has had massages by men before. I used to book her appointments earlier. This time she has done the appointment herself. Has anyone tried this? Does dropping towel or a sticky with some message ok to give to the masseur to have him do more than just the massage perhaps a happy ending?
