Hi all, bit of advice or experiences needed. My wife (35) and I (33) are on the verge of dipping our toes into the lifestyle and looking to have our first experience. However my wife suffers from fibromyalga and hypermobility in her joints, and while our sex life is really intense and fantastic, this can lead to some pain for her during sex, e.g. her hips popping out of place during sex meaning we have to stop for the night.
As I have been her only lover for about a decade now (and much to the delight of my ego, according to her the only one who showed her that sex could be amazing, let alone good) I've learnt what to do to avoid hurting her or creating a physical trigger for pain afterwards once the adrenaline has worn off.
Are there any wives/couples that suffer from fibro and can share their experiences? My wife is concerned that a 3rd who doesn't know her body could accidentally hurt her (even momentarily) and could ruin the experience, and its one of the few things that concerns her about going into the lifestyle.
Any other general advice when it comes to dealing with the mundane stuff to make the lifestyle work, such as having young kids, hiding it from conservative friends and family. I would be present during all "sessions" if that helps guide your answers.
Any and all info would be much appreciated, even if it doesn't relate to fibro - just a disability in general.
