So I've technically done the hot wife thing about a year ago. But it made me so nervous I stepped back. Since then I have struggled with the fear of doing this all solo and I have not been able to text with a guy due to my nerves. Fast-forward to last night a guy messaged use on SLS that I had looked at. Profile was basic and only 1 picture so we asked for more. Not bad so ok. I start a Kik conversation with him. It's going very smooth. Just normal conversation, great! Before we end he ask to take me to lunch today. I agree on the grounds that we just meet. The last hotwire fun I had I literally met the guy in the hotel room we had sex and went on. After having conversations with my husband I agreed that once I get to that point I'll have an actual date. So morning rolls around, I'm getting ready. The guy is chatting with me the entire time. I get to the restaurant early. I sent him a full face picture before I left. He tells me he is on his way. Once I get there I let him know. And I wait. I got there at 1045 our date was at 11. At 1115ish I can see he finally read the message. And by 1120 I left. He blew me off. Once I got home, still no response. His profile and our messages on SLS have disappeared. So I blocked him on Kik. Why can people not be adults? Or do people really get a kick out of doing this to people? I do look at this as I did get through texting and made it to the date even if it didn't happen. 🤷
