We (45M/42F) don't have a ton of experience but have played ij the lifestyle for about the last 6 months. We have met one regular who we both have a great connection with and we have seen him probably 15 times in the last 3 months or so.

I am heading out of town for work over the next few days and the plan is for him to come over Mon and or Tues night to keep her company. We're both excited about it, but also I have severe FOMO.

He asked if I wanted pics and vids, and if course, I said yes. But she is absolutely against it because she doesn't want it to feel performative or take her out of the moment, which I totally get. Our compromise was no photos or videos this time, but I can install a camera in the bedroom to record for the next time. This way I can get the visuals, but she doesn't have to actively do anything and be taken out of the moment. Feels fair, right?
