Hotwife enjoyed her first experiences, but makes no effort to keep going.

My wife and I have a great relationship. She had several hotwife encounters with 3 guys we were going to keep as regulars. She said she likes it, but then makes zero effort to follow up with them or try to initiate further encounters. If I never brought it up, she would probably never bring up the subject.
Should I just let it go? I don’t feel right about it being one sided in terms of effort.
