I'll give the tl;Dr. Wife started fucking someone without my knowledge. I'm actually okay with the sex as long as she keeps me in the know. Lots of personal reasons over the last 20 years why we got to this point. Either way, we are both in a good place with her fucking other people.
I still have physical anxiety on date days. Once things are confirmed to be halleniy, then I'm good.
My question is how do you deal with the anxiety leading up to the date?
