Meeting our first potential third for lunch this week. Tips? Advice?

Wife and I have been exploring for a year or so . We have met for dinner with some couples before and have done some light swapping. Mostly the females playing. We do have a female friend (unicorn) and we have all played probably 20 plus times together in the last year.

Wife wants to explore a MFM and we have a lunch date with a potential third this week. Guess just looking for some advice on how to go about it? Conversation starters, questions to ask? Etc. Should I leave the two of them alone? What if I get jealous etc.

Ps. I may throw up before hand. ( Joking)
