We get so many messages about how to find a good single guy. After about five years in the lifestyle, we have a system that works pretty well.

Most importantly, we don’t spend hours searching only to have someone flake out. Rarely do we have any flakes or bad experiences, although we’ve had a few.

Advanced planning: most often does not work. Plan the day-of. There are lots of reasons for this.

Our process: 1. Be very specific in searching post. Include exactly what you are looking for and the process for people to be considered. Include great pictures or a video so that people know what they are getting into.

1. Immediately ignore and delete any requests that do not 100% meet your requirements.

2. Ask important questions first - “can you commit to meeting at “X” place at “X” time?” Whatever questions are important to you… The first things we want to know are previous experience in this situation, whether they are in a relationship, and request face pics. If they don’t comply then ghost/delete (saving time).

3. Move conversation from Reddit to Kik. Kik is the only app we use to message and any suggestion of other apps or text messages or resistance, then we move on. Whatever app you use is fine, the important thing is that they comply with your specific request. If they can’t pass these simple, initial tests, and you go through with it, it is likely they will not pass other simple tests…

4. Once chatting in Kik, discuss as much as you like, we prefer not to have a whole lot of discussions, but it just depends on the person. We don’t have any in-depth discussions until we get them into Kik, which is a small percentage of the people who messages initially.

5. Set a timeline with the person, check in with him every couple of hours and let them know their responsiveness is required to keep moving forward. If you message them and they don’t respond within an hour, then don’t waste any further time and move on.

6. A couple of hours before meeting time make final confirmation. When confirmed, exchange specific address or hotel room number, require some kind of proof of hotel confirmation (we usually make them reserve) or picture of the key card for the hotel room.

7. Both parties send screenshot of GPS on the way to the meeting place. Arrive on time, meet at the bar or room or club… Wherever you are planning.
