If she gets pregnant by another man with the husband's knowledge is there any legal responsibility for the husband?

The one time me and my wife did a mfm we both finished inside her. It was a fantasy and we didnt plan it. Me and a guy I know fucked her in the garage gym. She isnt on BC but tracks her period and said it was okay but after I found out when it was it was closer than I would call okay. She didnt get pregnant though. If she did neither one of us are fans of abortion but I wouldnt want a baby that didnt belong to me.

I have been a third for couples and once the wife said she wasnt on BC so I needed to pull out but when I said I was close she was too and told me to keep going. I thought it was hot that I could be getting her pregnant and if I was she told me to in front of her husband and probably hadnt discussed it but I wouldnt really want another couple to have my baby either.

How would any of this go in court?
