Newer to this…tips and ground rules? What works for you guys in this lifestyle?

We have had a few interactions and are still feeling out what works best for us as a couple. Both very into this and have been getting more and more involved.
Just curious what other couples are doing and what has worked… finding bulls, ground rules, std testing, condoms etc. Thanks!
