Where/when/how do you find a third partner?

I finally confessed to my wife that I would love to see her take another man. She thought it was really hot!
Of course, we both agreed it has to be someone we don’t know personally.
For those who have had other partners before, where do you find them? And how does it get brought up in conversation?
