Why are men so Flaky?

Hi. I’m the husband of a married couple. We have been trying for quite a while to find my wife a FWB. Someone she can play separately with 4-5 times a month. You would think that should be pretty easy to do considering my wife is beautiful and sexy. We’ve tried all the apps. The men she talks to are great until it comes time to meet. Then they vanish! And she isn’t one to pick up a guy at a bar and take him to a motel. She likes to get to know the guy for a bit before playing. We live in a city of about 60k. In Mississippi. What ways do yall use to find a guy like this?
