Situations/sscenarios to go over before first encounter

My wife and I have been roleplaying for a little while now and it is getting very intense and it is amazing. She has said she is ready for an oral encounter as our first foray into the life.
Besides boundaries and ground rules What kinds of things should be discussed before the first meeting: I’m thinking, what if he cums real fast, what if he takes forever, what if he can’t perform, what if he isn’t like in the photos etc…
I am sure I’m missing some obvious things and would really appreciate some advice from more experienced folks.
