My husband has noticed that I’ve been stressed out the past week. He set up a date for me with a regular third we have played with in the past for last night. He told me about it and mentioned that he thought I needed a night to just enjoy myself.
He was right and it was amazing to just have that break. But I’m wondering if anyone else uses the lifestyle to help unwind after a shitty week? Is this something that’s uncommon? I would love to hear others perspectives here.
