Possibility of sharing my wife

The wife and I have been role playing to the idea of sharing her. Lately, she’s initiated the role play, unlike previous times. I believe she’s actually up for it now. During, she stated she wanted me to surprise her with a different man. How do you guys get this going? New in the area and rarely have time to go out. I’d definitely seek people outside of our city, for safety. Any advice would be helpful!
