Any other parents experience bouts of guilt?

Now and again I interact with it, as does my wife. We want to explore and have fun but it dawns on us, every so often, about how we're deeply involved in infidelity. Constantly making cover stories to tell friends, relatives, the kids.
It's fun 90% of the time but I need support to help myself figure out exactly how I feel about it, and how to live with it.
Intrusive thoughts kill the mood when they hit, and recognise that the woman being fucked by that total stranger is "mom."
