Third question: prefer to know IRL or not?

Just dipping my toes in. We have been getting more heavily involved in the fantasy of this experience.
Do you prefer to know the third in real life or not? She wants me in control and my major issue is if it’s someone I know in real life the issues of if it goes south but if it’s someone I don’t know we get to keep the anonymity but then deal with the obvious risks of not really knowing the person.
Just looking for some thoughts or perspectives.
