I honestly don’t know if I should even post this here, looking for I guess some advice, experiences or recommendations.

First and foremost my fiancé (34M) and I (27F) have been indulging in swingers clubs parties this past year. I’d say we’ve been to about 5 clubs and 2 parties, all we’re extremely fun and drama free with down to earth, non judgmental people. We are a very discreet couple, so in saying that, when we indulge it’s usually on vacation and usually have to sneak away from family members we’re on vacation with to have our fun.

We’ve been talking and looking to take a week or so to ourselves and have fun (in general). I’ve always wanted to experience Mardi Gras, but never have had the chance, I’ve never been to New Orleans either, and hear there’s tons of cons, but if you stay in the generally touristy areas you’ll be fine.

Anyways, a few things, we were looking to see if anyone has any experience at the clubs during this time frame, and the environment. I also wanted to do something I’ve kinda always wanted to do. I hear people are pretty free during Mardi Gras, I wanted to buy like a sheer dress and wear it while bar hopping, with underwear. It’s something I’ve kinda fantasized about doing, but again never really had the opportunity. He loves when I get attention and flirt so I’m figuring this maybe a great opportunity.
