I will write about how this all started in a separate post. And I am sharing this from my experience as what not to do with your spouse.

So this incident happened two days before lockdown was announced in the whole country. My wife and I had a big fight and she packed her stuff and went on to stay with my friend, with whom she was sexually active with, with my permission and support.

I let her be there for two days and then went there to meet her on the third day. I was still pissed off and somewhat angry as well, however, she was warm and welcoming and behaved affectionately with me but I failed to see that at that moment. I initiated the argument and we had some to and fro and I grabbed her arm.

She slipped off and tried to get away from me and I grabbed her hair. I myself will admit that it was totally wrong from my side and I should have never treated her as such. And she screamed and my friend who was in the room rushed to the scene, saw what was happening and he gave me a tight slap on my face. I let her go and fell on the couch. She ran into the room and he slapped me two more time and blasted at me for doing something like this and then kicked me out of the house and closed the door.

I was so ashamed at my behaviour and didn't called them that day. I called her thr next day but she didn't picked up. I called him and he picked up and told me that she is not in a mindset to talk to me and he isn't sending her back to me anytime soon in such a situation and told me not to call or go over there. Then lockdown was announced and she lived with him for almost five and half months. In this while, I was talking to him and thorough him I was able to talk to her. Once things got easier, we met outside a few times till she was fully comfortable with me and then moved back with me. Things are great now.
