Seeking advice ahead of 1st DP

Warning: this question involves hemorrhoids.
I’m a mom of two and pregnancy has given me so many gifts, including hemorrhoids. I’m so into the idea of DP and have one potentially happening this weekend but I’m nervous about what might happen. I have AP experience with my spouse and it goes fine but things do get irritated and it does take a day or two for things to “settle down.” Anyone been in this situation before? Please save me from a very embarrassing urgent care visit. 💀
