Check previous post for the full recap of everything but long story short my (26m) wife (26f) outed our lifestyle to some friends while drinking about a month ago. Her and I had a long talk about boundaries and she acknowledged she overshared our personal life but up till now there haven’t been too many negative repercussions outside some awkward questions. That was until earlier this afternoon. The wife and I went out on a boat with a group of friends including a couple who were there the night my wife spilled the beans. Everything was going well until after a few too many drinks my friend, we’ll call him Mark, and I get into an argument about how a story was being told from college, without boring y’all with the details from that, the argument escalated to the point where Mark yelled back at me saying “you let your wife get plowed through, why are you even trying to fight this “ I immediately turned bright red and could feel my face on fire. My wife quickly grabbed my hand and tried diverting the conversation. The friend later apologized and said he had went too far and didn’t mean any hard feelings but it was a definite wake up call that I am for sure going to be looked at differently now.
