Is pleasing your husbands desire for you to be a HW enough?

Maybe I should post this in HW psychology, but I see a lot of post from women saying such things as I love to please my husband desire to see me be a Hot wife or similar type of statements , and was wondering if that is enough for the Hotwife? Trying to wrap my head around that part.
