Advice for finding a pair of guys for wife?

She is truly looking for the physical experience and I would like to watch her with two men, and not participate so she wouldn’t be worrying about my enjoyment and be able to lose herself. I know finding guys that have worked together before might be difficult so we are approaching with patience
