Girlfriend open to the idea but wants to feel safe. How can I help/where should we look?

Had a talk with my girlfriend today and we both decided we'd like to explore this lifestyle but are both unsure where to look to find guys and so she can feel safe in the whole thing. I'd like to stay out of the picture as much as possible but will be with her for whatever she needs to be comfortable. Any advice?
