Where do you go to find a suitable third? How do you make yourself approachable?

I’ve had a few couples reach out to me asking where they should go to find a suitable male partner for an offline meet up. I tell them where I’ve had good luck, which is typically bars at high end hotels.
I travel for business so it’s natural for me to stop in during the evening. Occasionally I’ll connect with a woman or couple who are dressed to impress, perhaps showing off a bit, and we’ll strike up a conversation.
But where do you go and where have you had the best luck meeting a partner?
